DESIRED BRAND IMAGE: Classic, traditional, natural, vegan, high-quality, hand crafted.
SOLUTION: The quality of the product needed to be expressed with tastefully executed packaging as the primary source of brand image. The traditional European charcuterie and deli shop graphic styles, were chosen as design inspiration to express the quality of the product, and soften the consumer’s opinion of vegetarian meat products.
SERVICES PROVIDED: Brand product identity, packaging design, supporting graphics, illustration, custom typography, and packaging production supervision.

PACKAGE DESIGN: Chao Slices is a unique, natural vegan cheese developed by Field Roast Grain Meat Co. The product identity needed to have a unique, classic appearance, distinct from a typical product line extension and have design compatibility to the parent brand, Field Roast.
